Boat Shrink Wrapping

Additional Information

The color  of wrap matters. White shrink wrap reduces condensation. We also offer clear shrink wrap for boats that are for sale. This allows buyers to inspect the boat while protecting it from the elements.

Thickness of the wrap is important for required uses. A stored boat may only require 6 or 7 mil. A boat that must travel a great distance requires 10 or 12 mil.

Proper Venting reduces condensation. We use the quantity of vents equal to or greater than industry standards. Four vents should be used on a 20' boat minimum, we use 6. A boat can not be over vented.

Proper Posting height allows the snow and rain to shed easily. Posts should be a minimum of 18 inches above the highest point in the boat. We posts our boats higher than industry standards.
